At Cheap Wovencia Store, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 15 days of receiving your item(s).

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
In its original packaging with all tags attached.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as belts and lehengas are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Attach the RMA number to the outside of the package.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item(s) to you as soon as possible. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
